Armed with this philosophy, Teresa opened her own law practice in 1997. She selected a field of law that draws upon her unique talents and abilities, and that meets her goal of making a positive difference in her clients' lives. She has implemented strategies to ensure that her clients receive services that exceed their immediate goals. Moreover, she has worked diligently to create an atmosphere in which the members of her team thrive, both personally and professionally. As a result, she has built a law firm that is truly successful.

For the past several years, she has used her talents and experiences in this area to help other professionals build truly successful practices. She teaches practice management and team-building for state and national organizations, and provides personal coaching for businesses in various professional fields.
